1. Customers must provide a logo file (preferably AI/CDR vector format), brand color palette (Pantone/CMYK), and size requirements (width, length, thickness).

2. The designer will create a tape design based on the customer's needs, including logo layout, repeating pattern spacing, background color, and other details. One to three versions will be provided for the customer to choose from.

3. Customers will provide feedback, and the designer will finalize the design and output the printable source file (e.g., PDF).

4. One to two sample rolls will be produced for the customer to test.

5. After the customer confirms the sample, the order will be placed.
